Here at Online Trainer Education we’re hiring a full-time Appointment Setter to join our sales team and help us to crush 2024.

We are: 

• Based out of Dubai (candidates must be able to work on Dubai or UK hours)

• Sell primarily to the UK market (ideal candidates are English) and

• Offer a £5,000 6 month program (having experience with a high ticket sales model is preferred)

Online Trainer Education has been in business for over 4 years and is the premier coaching company for personal trainers looking to escape the gym floor and transition their PT business online. 

Last year we did £3.2M in revenue. 

This year we are aiming to cross £5M (and need the help of a killer Setter to squeeze the juice on every lead coming in).

Our marketing team spends over £40,000/mo on paid ads and books over 200 calls for our sales team (so there are no shortage of leads to work and take a commission on).

Responsibilities including:

• Calling and triaging all new leads

• Making sure leads show up to booked calls

• Following up with leads after calls

This role will have a small base salary but compensation will largely be commission-based (for sets closed).
